Removing the armor classes with YFFR are typically a bit slower paced and we stay in the postures for a few extra breaths, giving the fascia and connective tissues a chance to release. When we process these postures with a slow controlled breath we can actually begin to process the stress out of our bodies, therefore "removing the armor" that our bodies have built up because of stress.
